These lessons are in a series that was designed to help 3rd grade students develop their ability to read with understanding. Being able to analyze characters is an important component in fully understanding the stories students will read at this level and beyond. By the end of these lessons, students will be able to identify and analyze character traits and in so doing deepen their understanding of the books they read.
