Students will use websites to identify the steps of the scientific method. They will answer questions that will define some of the important components involved in a scientific investigation. They will discuss with a partner which steps to included in a graphic representation of the scientific method. Students have a rubric to help evaluate the graphic representation. The students will compare their graphic representation with another team and explain the importance of the steps that they included. This is the first of three lessons that will help facilitate students in designing their own experiment.
