This lesson primarily focuses on information literacy. Students will use a library catalog to access informational materials on a particular topic. In this instance, the topic is dragons. Students will learn specific features of the catalog and gain an understanding of the relationship between the call number and the genre of the material accessed. This lesson can be adapted to fit any topic.
