INSTRUCTIONAL ROLES:

ACTIVITIES AND PROCEDURES FOR COMPLETION:
-The teacher introduces the history of Roman numerals and how the numbers are formed. Students are given time to practice.
-Students work independently or in groups to complete the Roman Numeral Worksheet.
FOLLOW-UP:
-Students may read about other numbering systems and make up call numbers to stump their fellow classmates. For example, they might give a roman numeral and ask for the subject it represents.
