Notes for teachers

This buILder was created in conjuction with a lesson plan on national parks. (http://www.informationliteracy.org/plans/view/1027 )

In addition to introducing students to different kinds of websites used for research, this project also introduces students to national parks. It is an activity for students to practice locating information and compiling relevant information in a brief paper.

After the class completes their papers, it is recommended that the LMS lead a discussion about how the students found their information and what sites were the most helpful.
