This lesson was designed for ninth and tenth grade high school students to work as learning buddies in the library. The students will conduct research on Walter Dean Myers, the author of the book Monster which they read in their English class. The students will be actively engaged in a variety of stimulating activities developing social interaction skills, knowledge of computer systems, research, and reading, organization of information, critical thinking and writing skills
